Just a few minutes from the heart of Villasimius, nestled among the soft hills of the renowned resort of Porto Luna, Blue Bay Home is a cosy retreat that combines simplicity and well-being, offering authentic hospitality to those who wish to experience the truest Sardinia, amidst sea, nature and moments of tranquillity.
This delightful detached cottage of about 80 square metres is spread over three skilfully distributed levels, with functional rooms designed to guarantee comfort and privacy for each guest. The garden is carefully tended and enhanced by a synthetic lawn that gives a harmonious and bright appearance to the whole. The furnished portico, overlooking the greenery, is a perfect space to enjoy breakfast, dine al fresco, or relax at sunset with a good glass of wine.
Inside, the atmosphere is warm and homely: the living room with sofa and dining table dialogues with the light outside, while the kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to feel immediately at home. The double bedroom on the ground floor has direct access to the garden, allowing you to enjoy the continuity between the interior spaces and the natural surroundings. The basement houses a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower, while the first floor accommodates a further double bedroom with a second bathroom.
Every detail is designed to offer maximum functionality, with amenities including air conditioning/heating, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, outdoor shower with hot water and, a convenient BBQ area for outdoor dining.

• Upon confirmation of the reservation, 30% will be required as a deposit.
• The balance must be paid, 15 days before arrival.

• Up to 15 days before arrival: no cancellation fee.
• From 14 days before arrival, in case of no-show and/or early departure: 100% penalty.
