The property is on one level with a panoramic view over the bay of Porto Luna, guaranteeing a unique and unforgettable experience. The furnishings in a refined ethnic style, with their warm colours and decorative elements, recall the warmth and welcome typical of Sardinian culture.
The house has three double bedrooms with all comforts, two complete bathrooms with shower, a small but characteristic kitchen equipped with small and large appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals or simply a coffee to be enjoyed on the exclusive furnished porch. This area is the pride of the property, from which it is possible to admire the sea on the horizon in all its countless shades of colour.
Completing the property is the bright and panoramic living room with dining area, an ideal place to relax and share special moments with family or friends.
Two of the three bedrooms, although furnished with the same attention and care to detail as the main room, do not have windows or direct light. The rooms are equipped with mood lighting and adjustable air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. The beauty of the ethnic décor emphasises an atmosphere of calm and intimacy, ideal for a deep and restful sleep.

• Upon confirmation of the reservation, 30% will be required as a deposit.
• The balance must be paid, 15 days before arrival.

• Up to 15 days before arrival: no cancellation fee.
• From 14 days before arrival, in case of no-show and/or early departure: 100% penalty.
