Overlooking the stunning bay of Porto Luna, Sa Barchitta is the ideal place to recharge amongst the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub and the turquoise hues of the sea. From the sun illuminating the coast in the early hours of the morning to the sunsets that paint the horizon in warm golden tones, every moment invites you to relax and find peace.
Spread over several levels and furnished in a fresh, welcoming Mediterranean style, Sa Barchitta welcomes small families, couples and small groups to spaces designed for a holiday dedicated to wellbeing. Its prime location allows you to enjoy the tranquillity of the bay without sacrificing proximity to Villasimius, one of the most charming towns in south-eastern Sardinia, with its iconic beaches, restaurants and the lively atmosphere of summer evenings.
The living area features a cosy lounge with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette, characterised by colours that evoke the sea and the surrounding natural landscape. From here, you can step out onto the furnished veranda, ideal for enjoying an al fresco lunch, a dinner with friends or an aperitif whilst taking in the view of the bay.a
Outside, a well-tended private garden surrounds the property, offering pleasant spaces for relaxation and socialising. The barbecue invites you to enjoy pleasant evenings in the open air, whilst the picturesque sea-view terrace, fitted with artificial grass for maximum comfort, is the perfect spot for sunbathing, reading a book or simply marvelling at the colours of the sunset. The property also features two convenient covered parking spaces.
The sleeping area comprises a double bedroom, characterised by a distinctive internal opening onto the living area and a French window leading to the rear of the property, where an outdoor shower is situated. The bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a washbasin and toilet. In the basement, there is a second bedroom with pull-out bunk beds – a cosy and comfortable space designed to accommodate children or teenagers. On the same level, there is a further full bathroom with a shower, available for guests’ use.

• Upon confirmation of the reservation, 30% will be required as a deposit.
• The balance must be paid, 15 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
• Up to 15 days before arrival: no cancellation fee.
• From 14 days before arrival, in case of no-show and/or early departure: 100% penalty.
