Seaside Home is a hidden gem in picturesque Villasimius, specifically in the refined Cala Caterina, a place where time seems to slow down so you can savour every moment. This newly renovated villa is just a few steps away from the enchanting Santo Stefano Beach, promising direct access to a dreamy coastal setting.
The 100 sqm villa offers a private entrance that opens onto a world of tranquillity and comfort. It has a private covered parking space and a private garden where sun loungers invite you to relax under the Sardinian sun with the sea just a few steps away. The porch and loggia, both equipped with outdoor furniture, are perfect places to enjoy al fresco meals and in the evening admire beautiful sunsets that colour the sky, offering a breathtaking panorama.
Spread over two levels, Seaside Home is characterised by a layout designed to ensure privacy and comfort. On the mezzanine floor, we find a twin room and a triple room, the first with a double bed, wardrobe and private bathroom and the second with two single beds plus a third pull-out bed, wardrobe and an adjoining bathroom with shower. These rooms offer serene and cosy spaces, ideal for recovering energy after a day spent on the nearby beaches. On the ground floor, another twin room with a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower provides additional comfort and accessibility.
The interior of the villa is completed by a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a living area with sofa and flat-screen TV, and a dining area where you can share pleasant moments with friends. With amenities such as air conditioning, heating, a washing machine and free Wi-Fi, every aspect of your holiday is taken care of.
Imagine living every day with the sea greeting you in the morning, right in front of your house. A lush green lawn stretches down to the rocks, perfect for a refreshing dip. To the left, a few steps away, lies a beautiful private beach of coarse-grained sand. On the right, a very short distance away, is the renowned beach of Santo Stefano, with the islet of the same name seemingly emerging from the turquoise waters. And as if that were not enough to complete this dreamlike scenery, the tourist harbour of Villasimius, easily reachable on foot, offers the possibility of renting boats and rubber dinghies or experiencing exciting boat excursions.
