Just a stone’s throw from the picturesque beach of Genn’e Mari, amongst the streets named after constellations, Villa Alice is a house nestled in the tranquillity of the Mediterranean scrub, where the sea, nature and the starry sky set the pace of each day. An authentic place, designed for those who wish to experience Sardinia in all its simplicity, surrounded by the scents of the vegetation and the sea breeze.
The villa’s prime location makes it easy to reach some of the most beautiful spots along Sardinia’s south-eastern coast, from the tranquillity of Torre delle Stelle to the beaches of Villasimius and Costa Rei.
The spacious and light-filled living area is the heart of the home: a space designed for spending time together, enjoying moments of relaxation and conviviality. On the mezzanine level, there is a main kitchen, a practical kitchenette, a second dining area and a bedroom with two single beds.
The basement is dedicated to the sleeping quarters and houses three comfortable double bedrooms. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a walk-in wardrobe, whilst the other two bedrooms are on the same level and each has its own private external bathroom with a bath, offering privacy and comfort to all guests.
Outside, a spacious private garden surrounds the villa, creating ideal spaces to enjoy at any time of day. The furnished veranda is perfect for al fresco breakfasts, family lunches and pleasant summer dinners. The property also has two covered parking spaces.
A picturesque private path, nestled amongst the Mediterranean scrub, leads directly to the stunning Genn’e Mari cliff, offering exclusive access to the sea and truly enchanting views.
*The villa does not have air conditioning in the communal areas; this is a deliberate choice aimed at preserving its original architecture and the natural ventilation provided by its proximity to the sea. Air conditioning is, however, provided in all the bedrooms to ensure maximum comfort whilst you sleep, whilst respecting the house’s authentic character and its natural coolness.

• Upon confirmation of the reservation, 30% will be required as a deposit.
• The balance must be paid, 15 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
• Up to 15 days before arrival: no cancellation fee.
• From 14 days before arrival, in case of no-show and/or early departure: 100% penalty.
