Villa Angelina, a hidden corner of paradise in Villasimius, reveals its splendour only 450 metres from the beautiful Campus Beach. This elegant, recently renovated residence stands as an oasis of peace and charm, extending over approximately 140 square metres of pure harmony and design.
With its own entrance and three uncovered private parking spaces, Villa Angelina welcomes its guests in an embrace of exclusivity and privacy. The two-level layout emphasises the perfect balance between privacy and shared spaces, creating an intimate and cosy atmosphere with continuous references to Sardinian tradition.
In the basement, three double rooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe, and private bathroom with shower, offer a serene and comfortable refuge after long days spent under the Sardinian sun. The living area, enhanced by a further bathroom with shower, promises moments of conviviality and relaxation.
The soul of the house is revealed in the well-equipped kitchen, where every detail has been thought out to invite the creation of culinary delights, surrounded by loved ones. The presence of modern comforts such as, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating make every stay at Villa Angelina simply perfect.
Outside, the shady porch and the nearby BBQ area turn into dreamlike settings for sunset dinners and moments of pure relaxation, while the swimming pool, surrounded by its own garden and a sun deck equipped with sun loungers and parasols, offers an inviting alternative to the nearby Campus beach. With two outdoor showers, cooling off and enjoying the fresh air becomes a daily pleasure.
