The rooms preserve this identity effortlessly. Authentic furnishings sit alongside contemporary additions, whilst the colour palette – ranging from powder pink to sand and terracotta – echoes the hues of the coast. In the living room and dining area, a selection of unique pieces passed down through the generations tells the house’s story and reinforces its value, conveying a rare sense of continuity.

The living area is spacious and light-filled. The living room, with its distinctive built-in sofas, opens out onto the outdoors through floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the sea view and reinforce the continuity between the house and the landscape. The fully fitted kitchen and dining area complete this functional space, designed for a simple and authentic everyday life.

The sleeping area comprises three double bedrooms, designed to ensure comfort and privacy. The built-in wardrobes maintain a minimalist aesthetic consistent with the villa’s original style.

The three bathrooms fully retain the period materials, wall coverings and sanitary ware, faithfully reflecting the house’s architectural character; they are all fitted with showers.

Outside, the garden unfolds amongst Mediterranean vegetation, panoramic terraces and stone paths leading down to the sea. The terraces, overlooking the horizon, become a natural extension of the living area: spaces to be savoured at a leisurely pace, from breakfast through to sunset, right into the evenings punctuated by the sound of the waves.

**The villa does not have air conditioning in the communal areas; this is a deliberate choice aimed at preserving its original architecture and the natural ventilation afforded by its proximity to the sea. Air conditioning is, however, provided in all the bedrooms to ensure maximum comfort whilst you sleep, whilst respecting the house’s authentic character and its natural coolness.
