Furnished in a contemporary style with natural colours and contrasting elements, the house is equipped with all comforts and is characterised by a small entrance hall, a living room/kitchenette equipped with a dining area and a living area furnished with a sofa bed.
A bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and a small laundry area complete the property.
Helmi34 is very close to the San Benedetto Civic Market, considered to be the largest covered market in Italy and one of the largest in Europe, as well as to the Lyric Theatre, the Conservatory and the Music Park, the Law Courts, the Police Headquarters and some of the city’s major shopping streets.
