Awesome apartment, excellent location and value! The location is excellent, a short walk to the local piazza for lovely outdoor dining and an easy walk to the port and shops. The apartment is very well appointed and has gorgeous linen! Very comfortable and the air con was fantastic.

Les espaces sont assez grands. Il y a tout le nécessaire. Nous avons eu de la pluie le 1er jour et nous avons utilisé les parapluies mis à disposition. Nous avons.beneficié du logement dès notre arrivée à 10h. Nous étions attendus avec sourire et sans supplément. Nous avons communiqués par whatsap et c'était très efficace et rapide. La terrasse n'est accessible que par une chambre. Les murs sont fins et on entend les bruits des voisins. Il faut ternir compte que la 3eme chambre étant une mezzanine, impossible de s'isoler au calme.

Zdecydowanie polecam pobyt w apartamencie. Lokalizacja świetna, urokliwa uliczka, spokojna a jednak blisko wszędzie. Wspaniała i pomocna obsługa, wszystko wcześniej ustalone, apartament jak na zdjęciach, czysty, wygodny, a taras dopełnia całości.

Das Appartement liegt in einer absolut perfekten Lage mit vielern netten Bars und Lokalen.. Das Appartement ist auch sehr gemütlich und sauber und sehr großzügig aufgeteilt mit einer herrlichen Terrasse.. Auch war die Konversation mit den Vermieter wunderbar einfach.. Man bekam sofort eine Antwort und sie waren immer da um Hilfe anzubieten.

Lots of little snacks left out, and coffee machine with pods available too which was great. Anna and Antonella were very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had about getting around Cagliari.

We loved meeting Claudia and her welcome and explanation of the apartment and local buses/places to eat etc. Communication with the host Anna before and during the stay was also excellent. The terrace and design of the apartment was modern and spacious. Wardrobes in the top and bottom bedroom were appreciated. Two fully equipped bathrooms were helpful for a group of 6 adults on return from the beach! Air-con was perfect and the kitchen was stocked (note we did not cook). The two sun umbrellas were also great.

We loved this spot in the middle of the old town. Easy walking distance to everything.

Communication was great and the hosts were super friendly and knowledgeable. The place is incredibly centrally located and the space is BEAUTIFUL. My kids loved staying in the loft.

We received a gift from the owner. That make us feel so warm. The property is spacious, clean and quite! we like it so much.

Great location! Right near one of the most lively plazas for restaurants and drinks, but a couple streets away so it’s not loud in the apartment. Paid parking is a 10 minute walk away and there isn’t really street parking available. Apartment was clean and comfortable.

This home was perfect. There were only 2 of us (colleagues) so he stayed in downstairs room and I stayed in upstairs room. This flat can easily accommodate 6 adults (but just 2 bathrooms - so they will be shared.) The kitchen was amazing! Very well stocked with pots pans glasses utensils and plates. There are several markets nearby to pick up olive oil, spices etc that are worth the investment if you want to cook some of the time. Otherwise there is no shortage of great restaurants within a 10 min walk. The wifi is good except doesn’t quite reach the top room but you can easily work from the kitchen table is needed. There’s a TV - but why watch TV when you are in such a beautiful place :) The hosts are total professionals - they are communicative, responsive and very easy to deal with. Everything was perfect and we will certainly be back!

Very bright apartment in Villanova neighborhood. Centrally located. Safe area. Host very responsive and made us feel welcome even before travelling to Cagliari. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Domus de Silva! It was very spacious, even for our family of 6! Our kids, 5, 7, 9, 11 each shared a large bed and then we had our own bed as well. It also had the best air conditioning of any place we have stayed, which was very nice to come back to after being out to the beach or site seeing. There are tons of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The city itself is hilly, so there are some definite hills to walk, but can’t really avoid this when visiting Cagliari if you want to see the city. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again when we are back!

Central location close to the sites and great restaurants. We felt like locals during our stay. Anna our host was extremely helpful.

Gentilissimi gli host che ti consigliano come muoverti in città e casa stupenda con tutti i confort, logisticamente situata nel cuore di Cagliari. Spero di ritornare in estate.

Meraviglioso appartamento in ottima posizione. Pulito, confortevole e con 2 bagni completi. Ottimo per le nostre due famiglie di 3 persone, ma anche per 3 coppie. Il padrone di casa è stato molto gentile e ci ha permesso di l'appartamento anche dopo un volo Ryanair a tarda notte. Acqua in frigo, caffè, tè e biscotti biscotti un tocco di classe.
